The Eight Brocades (about 15 minutes)

About 20 minutes of gentle, dynamic stretching then;

NOTE between each of the Eight Brocades we’ll do a short cleansing of:

A “big waterfall”- reaching way up overhead, gathering chi, and brining the energy down in front, or behind us, and possibly:

A “small waterfall”- reaching up shoulder level, hands in front of the chest, palms down, once again gathering chi, and brining the energy down in front, or behind us.

We begin with three cleansing actions, followed by the Golden Ball, intestine, spine, and the 5 Yin organ exercises. We end with the Quantum exercise

We meet 7am on ZOOM – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings at 7am, US East Coast time

You can practice with us up to four times/week, up to 16 times per/month if you like.

Up to 8 classes per month or less – $75 (about $9/class)
Up to 16 classes per month or less – $95 (about $6/class)
