a practice that blends Movement, Breathing, and
Mindfulness, to access, tap into, and channel
Chi/Energy.

mental awareness awakened, the conscious choice you make, your mindful focus directed to welcome, invite, and tap into the energetic force of Chi.

How do you name and speak about that which can not be named?

There is a thing confusedly formed,

Born before heaven and Earth,
Silent and void,
It stands alone and does not change,
Goes round and does not weary,
It is capable of giving birth to the World,
I know not its name,
So I style it “The Way” . . .

About Us

Our weekly, live offerings, of the ancient practice of Chinese Qigong!

Qigong, or Chi Kung, means energy cultivation. The two styles we practice blend movement, breathing, and Mindfulness, to physically energize the body and promote overall health and well-being.

We meet Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings at 7am, US East Coast time, to greet the Sunrise, and engage with the ever-present power of Chi that is all around us.

We practice 40 minutes of healing Qigong 7am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, US East Coast time.

We practice the 40 minute, traditional Eight Brocades routine, 7am Saturday, US East Coast time.

Join us 7am East Cost US time, as we take this ancient, active journey to gently knock on the gates of infinite potential, and welcome potential as usable energy into ourselves, and each other!
