His on-going discipline combines effective YOGA poses with stretching techniques from martial arts, dancing, track & field, Qigong, gymnastics, and the Aaron Mattes’ AIS, (Active Isolated Stretching) methodology.

Joseph has had an active Qigong practice for over 5 years and has trained in both Medical Chi Kung, and The Eight Brocades styles of Chinese Qigong.

Joseph is available for seminars on Stretching & flexibility education and training.

Why do I practice, study, and desire to share Qigong?

The art of Qigong is an active gateway requiring the engagement of all of me. I must use
the instrument of my body, the life force of my breath, and the soft attention of my mind,
all blended and working together, to tap into and connect with The Mystery.

Qigong practice asks that I activate all of what I am, harmonized in the moment. Yet, at
the same time, I must let everything go in order to humbly open to, invite, and connect
with/to Chi.

Qigong for me is an active mediation, a moving prayer, that enables me to seek and
connect with, The Way.
