I have been participating in Joe’s Zoom based Qigong meditation exercises threes times a week for about one year. I have found this practice to be very helpful in several ways. 1) it is a wonderful physical practice for very gentle stretching of the spine and shoulders particularly. My range of motion has improved and I experience much less soreness, particularly when I sleep; 2) As a meditation practice, I find it has given me an appreciation for and access to my Chakra energetics and has been a centering influence in my life; 3) Socially it has been a wonderful way to stay connected with some dear friends. Joe is a dedicated, kind and gentle teacher who shares himself generously
